Melissa Brodie

Melissa is currently working towards completing her SCQF Level 7 in Dental Nursing. When she’s not on Reception, you may see Melissa shadowing our qualified dental nurses in surgery as she continues to develop her skills and gain valuable experience. 

In her Reception role Melissa is often the first friendly face our patients meet and enjoys helping to create a welcoming and comfortable experience from the moment they arrive. She supports patients by assisting with appointments, answering queries and helping ensure their visits run as smoothly as possible. 

Melissa loves the variety her role brings with every day offering something different and the opportunity to learn new skills. She enjoys seeing the positive impact that good dental care can have on people and is excited to continue developing her knowledge and experience within the dental profession. 

Outside of work, Melissa is a busy mum of three young kids and most of her free time is spent at the side of a football pitch cheering on her two boys! She also enjoys exploring Scotland’s beautiful scenery through hill walks and discovering new places along the way.
